Origin — life begins as “good”, when God creates everything out of nothing. The climax of God’s creation is humans, who are uniquely created in the image of God, and thus endowed with incomparable value. |

Fall — but instead of enjoying God’s goodness of the creation, humans defied their Creator, ushering in sin and all the consequences of brokenness, suffering and death. However, death is not the last word… |

Redemption — For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (The Bible, John 3.16). Jesus Christ proves himself to be God’s one and only Son by his life, death and resurrection, who invites you — through him — to reconcile with God and enter into an everlasting relationship. |

Church-life — whoever accepts Jesus Christ’s invitation does so by faith, ie. trusting his claims and his achievements for the divine-mortal reconciliation. This 1-time acceptance starts the believer on a continuous life-long faith journey of living for God in worship, discipleship, and witness → this is church-life, a lifestyle that doesn’t say that Christians are better than others, except in endeavouring to become more Christ-like everyday. |

Eternity — the whole point of humanity’s story is the eventual consummation of a new heaven and a new earth that Jesus Christ will inaugurate when he returns — his second coming. The world we know now will be no more, to be replaced with one where there’re no more tears, nor death, nor mourning, nor crying, nor pain. |

GMC exists to…
- worship God — the highlight of which are the weekly corporate worship services conducted separately in Chinese and English languages
- disciple believers — teaching, encouraging and challenging disciples/followers of Jesus Christ to become more like him in knowing God’s Word (The Bible), praying and loving God & neighbours
- witness — sharing the good news of Jesus Christ’s salvation for the sins of the whole world, 1 soul at a time

- Worship Services: Sundays
- English @ Main Sanctuary at 9.00am-10.00am
- Chinese @ Main Sanctuary at 10.30am-12.00 noon
- Fellowships, Choir, Sunday School, Small Groups etc

GMC is part of The Chinese Methodist Church in Australia, which in turn is part of World Methodist Council.
